Patch cable holder type B

This solid Oak cable holder is from 3 pcs of solid Oak and because of the double layer is also a little stronger than type A.

It has been re-designed from type A (on request) to fit the Polar Nosie cables, which do not have a thinner part on the cable head, but just a 5,5mm braided cable and an 8mm head. They also hold most other cables by the way.
