Widths

These are (my) standard HP sizes:

  • 60HP = 306mm + 2x 12mm sides = 330mm
  • 84HP = 428mm + 2x 12mm sides = 452mm
  • 104HP = 530mm + 2x 12mm sides = 554mm
  • 126HP = 642mm + 2x 12mm sides = 666mm
  • 160HP = 814mm + 2x 12mm sides = 838mm
  • 196HP = 997mm + 2x 12mm sides = 1021mm
  • I cut the rails to size myself, so other HP possible on request

Oops! We were making a case for a client who ordered 160HP but we made 126HP instead .. we’re only human after all! Luckily we found out before shipping it, so a new one is allready in the making for the client with first priority. But that means that this case is in stock and ready for shipment (with a good discount too!)!

The 15U is powered by 2 MeanWell RT65B for enough juice and 5 bussboards to divide the power. It is now with a DIY cable kit, but if you want I can also install the power for you.

For the M3 slide nuts, you can select them as a multitude of 20 pcs, just select roughly how many you would like in your complete case and they will be distributed accordingly.

For the threaded inserts you need to select the number of pairs you need per 1U or 3U row; so with 3U just 1x, with 6U you'll need 2x, etc. Note that the inserts have a maximum length from the factory, so with larger cases they can be build up out of two pieces.

Power supply

The Meanwell RT-65B is a low cost and efficient power supply, giving loads of power for a good price. By far the most popular and most sold PSU for Eurorack. The PSU's always come mounted to the case. The power is either DIY or pre-wired on all low-voltage wires & ground. The final connection from the socket to the PSU has to be done by yourselves (no soldering, only cable stripping & a few screws).

RT-65B Specs: +12V 3.5A -12V 1.0A and 5V 8.0A, total output power 65W.

Bussboards

Power to your modules are supplied by bussboards
When you select a MeanWell PSU and select an amount of bussboards here, you'll get the Modular Synth Lab Bussboards with 20 header

Choose for a DIY cable kit and assemble it yourselves/with local help.

A super-strong triple-layered cardboard boxes for small & regular size cases. The case itself is packed inside with foam blocks. Quite a good solution for international transport as well!
